As a highly effective hands-on Acupuncturist and Manual Therapist, I respond to and treat each and every client as a unique individual, and create a customized blend of specialized and innovative techniques to accomplish getting my clients back into balance and out of pain, as quickly as possible. My training includes a diverse array of health care systems and techniques, which are used in tandem to compliment and address the whole body-mind system of an individual – not just overlying symptoms. As a licensed Primary Care Provider in the State of California and trained Manual Therapist, I am devoted to the cultivation of optimal health and wellness in my patients/clients and encourage mindful presence and active participation every step of the way. My greatest passion is working with people to achieve a state of relaxation that allows for effortless release of tensions and pain, in both the musculoskeletal and neurological systems of the body and brain.
My office is conveniently located in Capitola, just two blocks from the 41st Avenue mall, where clients from as far away as Monterey , San Jose, Los Gatos and the greater San Francisco Bay Area have come for teatment. Other life accomplishments include the mothering of two children, living in good health, and knowing good friends. I currently enjoy growing a year-round supply of vegetables and herbs. Other interests include Hatha Yoga, Continuum movement, dance, hiking, photography, weaving, diet, nutrition and cooking, meditation and energetic healing, and artistic expression in all areas of life.
